The reviews below come from households and offices we’ve actually moved around McKinney, Collin County, and beyond — not composites or marketing copy. We publish them as they were written, good and bad, because a company that guarantees a written number should be just as comfortable publishing what customers say once that number holds up.

Our Word, In Writing
Six Guarantees Behind Every McKinney Job
Every one of these is a commitment, not marketing copy — Everett and the crew hold to them on every Collin County job, from a narrow-street bungalow in Downtown McKinney to a two-story build further out past Prosper.
One Number, Start To Finish
The number Everett gives you on the phone is the number due at delivery — a slow US-75 crossing or a tight turn onto a Downtown McKinney street doesn’t change what you owe.
Texas-Registered, Fully Insured
We keep our Texas household-goods carrier registration active and on file, cargo coverage rides with every load, and a certificate of insurance reaches a Frisco or Prosper HOA board the same day they request one.
Payroll Crew, Not Day Labor
Every mover on your job is one of our own W-2 employees — we don’t fill a busy Saturday roster with gig-app strangers we’ve never worked with.
The Quote Holds, Full Stop
The figure Everett books you at on the phone is the figure due once the last box is off the truck — full stop, no carve-outs. Slow US-75 traffic, an awkward carry on a narrow Downtown McKinney street, sitting at an HOA gate check-in out in Prosper — that’s ours to eat, never yours.
One Crew, Start to Finish
The names Everett gives you at booking are the same people at your truck on move day — your crew never gets pulled mid-job to cover something else on the schedule.
A Window That Actually Holds
If the job ahead of yours runs long, that’s our headache to manage, not yours — the office rings you before it eats into your window, and we make it right if it causes real hassle.
